SYNTHESIS-
The city of La Paz for its rugged topography and its high population density is currently a city viewpoint, as its inhabitants have managed to build their homes on the steepest slopes from which they can see wonderful views of the city, the proposal shows the lack of space that currently exists in the city of La Paz and how in the future you can get to build in the mountains surrounding this beautiful city, without losing what every paceño wants a full view of the city.
