-Panoptic city-
BY: IMAGINARIOS ARQUITECTÓNICOS
SYNTHESIS-
Prisons, as scale models of our cities and societies, are small scale models that show us what reflects educational, economic, housing, urban planning equipment and resource distribution inequalities.
The infrastructure developed to exercise control where overcrowding, bureaucratic processes, extortion and violence are the basis of an infrastructure where common spaces are private and access to them is only for those who can buy them; with rents and anti-credits, stores and precarious education centers. They show that dispossession is also a symptom from the outside.
ABOUT IMAGINARIOS ARQUITECTÓNICOS-
We are a collective dedicated to the critique and analysis of our society from the perspective of architecture and urbanism, with all the pros and cons that generate our context, with the idea of building a country, through the development of articles and projects that question the paradigms of design.
