Architect pursuing a Ph.D. in Urban Planning and Metropolitan Region, with a Master's in Territorial Planning. She is a research professor at UMSA. She has experience in municipal governments and as a consultant. She coordinated the Master's program in Territorial Planning, is a member of ABAC, and participates in networks on epistemology, urbanism, and public spaces of the International Union of Architects.
